Mani Batoo


Mani Batoo, a licensed agent at RE/MAX Real Estate Centre, is a real estate professional with over a dozen years in the industry and has represented clients in hundreds of real estate transactions in the span of his career. Recognized as a prominent realtor in the GTA, Mani has earned some of the most prestigious designations at RE/MAX including the Diamond Club Award, Titan Club Award, Chairman Club Award, Top 30 Under 30, Top 40 under 40, Hall of Fame, and Lifetime Achievement Award. Mani has been ranked among the top 100 agents in Canada at RE/MAX and is has consistently ranked #1 in his office for several years. Furthermore, Mani also received designation as the highest selling agent by a local developer in the Greater Toronto Area, who commended Mani for his “dedication and commitment to sales excellence”, as a result of Mani selling 72% of the homes for the project.

In recent years, Mani has been featured in publications such as the Real Estate Professional Magazine and the Canadian Real Estate Wealth Magazine. He has also been a speaker at industry events including the 2019 RE/MAX Top Producer Event and the 2019 RE/MAX Top 40 Under 40 Torchbearers event in Nashville. Mani has become a leader in the industry and mentors new realtors to provide them with advice, networking opportunities, and another perspective based on his personal experiences.

In addition to his expertise in purchasing, owning, managing, and selling property, Mani’s experience encompasses urban regional development, zoning, permits, subdivision planning, construction, preconstruction, custom home development, and home renovation and design. He brings his real-world experience to each transaction, demonstrating professionalism, creativity with a client-centered focus. Mani uses his extensive knowledge of the North American real estate landscape to educate his clients on property value and market trends, as well as how to diversify and add value to their investments.

Mani is an active member of the Ontario Real Estate Association, Toronto Real Estate Board, and International Real Estate Society. He is also an active supporter of local charities including the Peel Children’s Aid Society, Make-A-Wish Canada, Canadian Cancer Society, and the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Canada, among others. In his spare time, Mani enjoys attending Toronto Raptors games, and travelling to new and familiar places with friends and family. He currently lives in the GTA with his wife and two young sons.
